How do I get hold of one of these having one falling out after two weeks of purchasing my Arlo pro 2

Unfortunately you can't.  You can try exchanging the camera I guess.  Some have applied some silicon grease around the seal (not sealant!).

Though you might try pushing it into place (using a paper clip or some other aid).  That works for me.
