You may well have to involve Arlo support to do this. The base is currently claimed by the ex-employee so unless that person will remove all devices from his account (no one else knows his login?) your choices are to 1) ask support to remove the base from his account or 2) purchase a new base and use that in the new account. The cameras aren't locked down, just the base.
