Record more than 10 seconds and schedule together

Okay, so is this a basic flaw or can it be done.

1. i want to record more than 10sec's - basically til motion stops.

2. But i also want cameras on a schedule. I want them turned off during daylight on weekends when I am walkign around do all my yard work instead of eatign up battery life for no reason.

I had it on schedule whcih works wonders, however i was capturing all that I wanted. (dog poopers)

Read the FAQs here on creating and modifying modes and rules. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit the Armed mode and/or create your own custom modes. Those modes can be inserted in the schedule. Only one mode at a time can be active so if you have time periods with different needs create custom modes with only the cameras you need and the settings that work well for each time period.
