Recently changed email address. No recordings in Library.

I recently changed my email address on my account.  I've noticed that there are no records in the library for the device.

What's up with that, what's up with that.

Hi DeeOGee,

 

Make sure that you don't have any filters enabled on your library and try checking on the web client on your computer.

 

Also make sure that your camera/system is in Armed mode. If it's already in Armed mode, try testing by walking in front of the camera to see if your camera detects motion and records.

I have a custom armed mode that looks as I expect.  The Library has no filters.  If I logon to my.arlo.com via browser and then go to the library, I get a message asking if I want to signup for cloud storage.  I had the default free cloud storage for a couple years and now that I just changed the email address on my account this issue of no video in the library started.
