Please check your video to see if the problem is solved for you. If you have changed your rules to a fixed length recording from variable length, you might want to revert to the old setting and test to confirm that this is the solution we've all been waiting for. Nice work Community!!
I have just checked mine after this notice that it is fixed. All videos appear to work correclty now. Thank you for all that put pressure on Arlo to correct this. Not sure why it took so long, but glad there was a fix before I returned the system. Cheers,
