  All i can say stay away  arlo pro 2 system and technical support useless

Hi fancl,

 

Are you using the custom mode or the default "Armed" mode? If you're using the custom mode, try testing by using the default "Armed" mode and see if you receive any recording. And make sure that you have cleared all the filters on your library.
