Email Notification

I just received a message from a complete stranger saying that my Arlo email notifications were going to them. I checked my settings and their email address isn't accidentally listed, has anyone else had this happen?

Are you getting the emails, too? If so, check your modes and rules (it sounds like you have but just being sure) as well as your email provider settings to see if you somehow have forwarding set up. Was this originally a brand new system or used/refurbished/open box? Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
