I am having trouble re-syncing my Arlo Pro 2 cameras to the base station. They had been working fine up until 5 days ago. They just stopped working and we're off line. I have contacted the internet provider, and have gone through the trouble shooting steps. I cannot get the cameras to re-sync. I would appreciate any ideas to help me re-sync my cameras.

Is the base station still online, if not what are the LEDs showing?
What user interface are you using, mobile or web portal?
Have you tried power cycling the base station, you can also reset the cameras by pulling the battery for 10sec.
If the cameras have been offline for that long they probably have flat batteries and will need recharge or need to be reprimed.
