Purchased in 2019. One is no longer taking charge. Can it be repaired or do I need to replace?

I have four cameras purchase in late 2019. One is no longer taking a charge. Can it be repaired or do I need to buy a replacement ?

It can't be repaired, and it is out of warranty.

 

Have you tried swapping batteries with one of the working cameras?  That would let you confirm that the problem is in the camera, and not the battery.
