My log in page is just whirring, has been for at least an hour now. Not good when I need to check if something has just been taken from our garden! Grrrrr!
Anyone else having issues? Any suggestions please - need to take a look soonest!!

Login is working fine for me (both the iOS app and my.arlo.com). https://status.arlo.com reports no issues as well.

Hi Stephen, good to hear from you, thank you! I am now finally in however, now have another 'problem'!
I always login via my desktop, not the App (as my phone is so very old, it would not cope)! Before you ask, yes, I have activated the dual verification thingy majiggy - all hunky dorey there! but now struggling to alter my camera settings as one is peculiarly sending sound detection messages, that I don't particularly wish to receive, but no motion. Any ideas how to alter the settings-forgotten how I set it all up in the first place now as was ages ago?!

Start by looking at the camera rule in the modes that you use. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
You might also want to use the motion detection test, to make sure the sensors in the camera are working properly. https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device

That's just it, I can't see the modes option to see exactly what settings I have set up 😞 and no memory!!

It's not hard to find. In the web interface it's at the top of the page.
