i am having a issue connecting a Iphone 6S Plus to a Arlo Pro 2 Base station can someone please suggest a fix or if anyone else has had the same issue please share a solution to fix this issue

FYI, you're not connecting the base to the phone, which is just a viewer into the system. What you are trying to do is set up the base in your account so the phone can access the system normally.
Is this a new or used system?What are the LEDs on the base showing? You should have both power and Internet being green and the Camera LED either off or solid amber. Your phone also needs to be on your WiFi and the base plugged in to the router with the Ethernet cable. If all seems good, try holding the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber and try again.

This is a new system all the lights are green and the middle one is flashing
