Problem With Activating Cameras

I have two Arlo Pro 2 wireless and one Arlo Escential Door Bell cameras. I'm having trouble with activating all the above cameras. I tried the AI helper without avail. I logged out of the Arlo app thinking that might help without avail. I tried rebooting my Pixel 7 phone thinking that would help but didn't work. 

Can someone please give me some hel

"Activate"?

Do you mean install?  Or do you mean arming the cameras?

Sorry, I meant turn it on, arm. This involves 2 pro cams and front door bell.

So  presssing "Arm Away" on the dashboard screen doesn't do it?

There was an AWS  (Amazon Cloud) service outage yesterday, which likely was the problem.
