That is one of those "how long is a piece of string? questions.
Advanced in what sense? The specifications will tell you a lot.
They are very different animals, intended for different purposes.
What do you want to do?
The Q Plus needs constant power. The Arlo Pro2 can run on batteries.
The Q Plus can do LAN. The Arlo Pro2 works through a base station.
I use the Q Plus for indoor places while the Pro2 sits outdoors.

"Q Plus can do LAN" - how can it do LAN? could you explain more please?
As for Pro2, could it store recordings to HDD (which is attached to the Base Station) simultaneousely as it uploads the clips to the cloud? This way no need to download the clip to the PC for backups - the backup is done automatically. Is that correct?

Why did not choose to use Pro2 for both purposes - for outdoors and also indoors?
What advantage of the QPlus over Pro2 for indoor use?

One of the major diff is the Arlo cameras use PIR to detect motion while the Q cams use pixel change.
( the Qs will work thru glass while the Arlos don't )
The Q Plus can use an etthernet connection directly , with POE if you have it ( power thru cable )
Morse is faster than texting!

One more point - QPlus doesn't require the Base Station. Correct?

Look at a picture of the thing. Notice the LAN port?
You have the option to use a LAN connection or wifi.
The manual might be a good place to start.
