I ordered 4 new Arlo Pro 2 batteries VMA4400-100NAS at $49.99 each.  I have been charging 2 of them each week because the  !

The cameras are armed apx. 20 hours a week, all setting are set for best battery life, no sound, etc.

I cannot get a hold of Arlo to find out if I have defective batteries.  Now I am over my 30 days for returning at least two.

Any suggestions?

About how many minutes of video are you recording per day?

Note if you use activity zones, you will need to disable them in order to estimate this.

Some days there is no video, other days possibly 15 minutes.

I don't use activity zones.  All cameras run off the batteries.

Are all the cameras draining this quickly?

Was this also happening with the original batteries?

Two of the cameras are draining like this with brand new ARLO batteries.  I ordered 4 new batteries due to the original ARLO batteries not holding charges like they originally did.  They use to hold charges for 6 months before I had to charge them.  We don't get many alerts either.

Arlo, when I finally was able to speak to a rep, stated it was my internet.  Now we have fiber and the batteries are still draining within a week.

All setting on the cameras are set to provide the longest battery life.

Has the issue been resolved, noted that the thread has been marked resolved, was this a mistake?

FYI, I have 4 pro2 cameras and I generally get at least a month worth of recordings, 100+ daily before a recharge is needed.
