Arlo app shows base unit offline, however the leds are green

Arlo app shows base unit offline, however the leds are green.

 

I have double checked the connections and have turned the unit off/on and unplugged it several times.

The app will momentarily show online then offline again quickly.

Try both the app and web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference. You might want to reboot your router and base, in that order.

Unfortunately thus did not help. Any other ideas?

There is the "nuclear" option of deleting everything from the account and onboarding again.

 

Sometimes people doing that have trouble re-onboarding.  But if everything is offline - including no recordings in the library - then you have nothing to lose (but the hassle).
