Pro 2 that are wired in the video skips after 10 seconds and the audio continues. Contacted support and I’m getting the run around.

Are you recording "till motion stops" ?

try a fix time if so.

It is set for 2 min record seems like it maybe activity zones. I have them disabled now and haven’t had it happen still testing.
