Pro 2 replay super slow. Have to pause so it can catch up. Live feed shows offline or bad image.

Is anybody having problem with the play back and viewing it live? On the replay, it’s super slow and I have the pause so it can catch up. On the live feed, it’s say my camera offline, a green background, no images and stuck on a image. Forgot to to my mention, I have the Arlo pro 2 and pro 3 floodlight and pro 3 essential xl spotlight. All my apps and firmware is up to date.

Is this happening on all the cameras, or just one?

 

It sounds like it might possibly be video corruption to me (the green image particularly).  That will result in only occasional frames being displayed, and also a lot of corrupted frames.  But hitting pause wouldn't fix anything if it is corruption, so I am a bit puzzled on that.
