My system stopped working last week. When we log on we get an offline message. The base station has three green lights. I've done everything recommended to fix the problem even the paper clip reset.  I also tried to add a new device as recommended here. No device is found. My internet router sees it though. I tried using the chat option with Arlo but Jeff, Aileen and Jay all hung up on me after they gave up on the problem. I now have 6 case numbers open. Does anyone have any other ideas?

You haven't reset the system which requires removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and also possibly holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. However, I don't really think that's necessary since the router is supplying an IP address and all 3 LEDs are green.

 

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried a browser to see if you get the same thing?
