So my cameras continually go “offline”. I have 2 mounted outside up high so every time I have to get a ladder and pull them down and reconnect.
Does anyone else have this problem? It doesn’t seem worth the trouble, and it usually happens when we have them armed and are out of town so what’s the point?

First, you have to know if they are actually offline. Sometimes the app and/or web shows them offline when they really aren't.

Next, how far away from the base are theey? WHat is the house construction? How many walls/ceilings does the signal have to pass through and what metallic objects may be in the path in or on the walls? Are there any other 2.4GHz devices in operation near the base and/or cameras?

I would start by logging out of the app or browser and log back in - that usually works for me when seeing "offline".
