I have an Arlo Pro 2 at my home in the Caribbean. I am currently in the UK and have lost communication the message I’m getting informed me to the base needs to be claimed. How do I do this from 4500 miles away?
Secondly, I have a system on my primary residence that works faultlessly via the app. But how can I run the second systems on the same app with the same email address?

1) If you truly need to claim the base again, physical presence is required. If possible, I would have someone with access to your home reboot your router and base, in that order, and check the LEDs on the base after it reboots.
2) It would appear that each system is set up using a different email address. If you want to see both in one login, use Settings, Grant Access from the second account to the first one's email address. WHen the directions have been completed, you'll see all cameras in one login. It's not the same as being the primary user on the second system but it's close.
