Base Station is disabled for 2 weeks?

Hi, since two weeks access to my base station was disabled.
Can somebody help or had the same issue?

These cameras don't need a subscription so that's not your problem. Have you rebooted your base and reinserted the batteries into the cameras? Have you rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client?

You gave us nothing to work with. Define "disabled". What have you tried? What do you see? What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried both the app and the web client?

All the three leds of the base station are solid green
But in o Parameters section, in subscription area it shows no subscription available
All my devices are showing offline

Thanks a lot, I reinstalled The App and reinstalled all cameras and base station like a first installation and it worked .
