I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras (VMC4030) and 2 Arlo Pro Hubs (VMB4500).  In the past week the cameras have experienced a decrease in range sensitivity.  They used to pick up motion at 20 to 25 ft, but now only pick up motion at 10 ft.

You can mark this question as solved.  I finally figured out that individual camera motion sensitivity range can be adjusted (edited) through Modes/Device/Armed/Rules-Detect motion.  All of my cameras had been reset to 50%.  Once I changed them to 100%, I regained the level of motion detection I used to have.  My only comment is this topic seems to occur for multiple ARLO camera systems and nobody seems to suggest modifying this setting.  Instead, they always say "unplug" and "restart" which many users complain that the "unplug" and "restart" method doesn't solve their problem (and it didn't solve it for me either).

Solved my problem.  Somehow the sensitivity was reset to 50% for all of my cameras.  I went into Mode, selected Armed,  then for each device I individually selected their Rules and increased sensitivity to 100%.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
