Pro 2 cameras are not syncing to base unit

My Alro Pro 2 cameras are not syncing to base unit. I've changed batteries, removed cameras, factory reset the base & nothing. It's like they're dead. No lights blink.

Do they work if you plug them into power next to the base station?

 

What do the base leds show?
