I have been having a problem with one of my 9 ARLO Pro 2 cameras.  It is the only one doing this.  The camera is draining batteries so fast.  No matter what brand.  Panasonic Industrial (like what came with it) to Duracell, Energizer and such.  It is getting expensive sine the price of CR123A batteries have skyrocketed.  The camera is in a place that is not frequently traveled so it is not the amount of triggers that is causing it.  I am lost.  Yesterday evening at 5 pm I changed the batteries.  By midnight it was down to 71% and by this morning it is down to 0%.  As said before it happens with any type or brand of batteries.  I do not know what the issue might be.

FYI, you don't have Pro 2 cameras.  The only cameras that used CR123 batteries were the original Arlo Wirefree HD cameras.  The Pro 2 have a rectangular (custom) lithium battery.

One possibility is camera can no longer maintain a solid connection with the base.  This could be a failing wifi chip in the camera, or possibly a change in the WiFi signal conditions (something interfering).  I suggest swapping the camera with one of the others, and see if the problem stays with the location or with the camera.
