When the sun is on the panels you should see the battery icon with a lightning bolt across it - are you seeing that? If so, are the panels oriented and placed so that they get direct sunlight head-on and not at an angle?

I have 3 solar chargers 2 of 3 work fine third is charging but only slowly I don’t think it’s user error I think it’s either bad battery or bad charger

I had similar issues and went through the troubleshooting steps with tech support.

1. Ensure wires are properly plugged into the panel and the camera

    - One thing I noted is the solar panel has two clips on the plug that enure it is locked in place. Make sure both sides of the plug are fully seated

   - I made sure the camera end of the cable was fully seated in the camera and the camera battery was fully charged.

2. Prior to placing in a location that required a ladder, I checked to make sure the solar panel was charging while on the ground pointing directly at the sun.

3. Support had me plug the camera in to a wall socket with the battery in it ti ensure it was taking a charge that way.

4. When everything was checked and still no charge from the solar panel, support sent me a new cord

5. After determining the new cord was not the issue, they sent a new panel and I returned the old one.

I have 5 solar panels and they are working fine. I have 3 more at another location and 2 of those are working fine, but I can't get to them to do the troubleshooting easily.

I hope some of this helped.
