Pro 2 camera did not sync with base Station after charging. How to factory reset?

I have 2 base stations wmb4500 with 4 pro2 cameras, one camera did not sync with the base station after charging, tried to remove it from the base station and now it does not sync to any of the base stations! how to do a factory reset on the camera?

The closest you can come is to remove the battery for a few seconds, reinsert it and try again. If no luck, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
