Pro 2 camera - cant activate without a subscription. App detects camera but shows inactive.

i bought  Pro 2 camera online and I can't activate it without a subscription.  I have never had to do that before.

it will not show up in manage subscriptions even.

the app detects the camera, but it is inactive

How many total cameras do you have in your account? The free 7 day plan is for 5 cameras or less.
