Pro 2 appearing offline

My camera keeps showing that it’s offline - Why? It only records when motion is detected. How do I get it to where I can view it live? I have tried to resync and move the camera as google suggested but it still appears offline. Please help!

Does it show up as off-line when the camera is close to the base station?
