This is very bad that Arlo has suddenly stopped providing the 7 day service, I have no recordings listed and when I was on the chat yesterday was told my cameras were end of life and so there was no support. I spent around $1500 on this system including 3 solar batteries and it is now as good as useless. What sort of business does this?

Yes, the pro 2 cameras became end-of-life on 1 January 2025.  You should have received emails quite a while ago telling you that (back in 2023).

Did you try making a manual recording while livestreaming a camera?

 

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard' in your app menu?  Or do you instead see "Library"?  

If you do see "Feed", did this change at the same time you lost recordings?
