7 day cloud stopped today 3.30.23.  I understood it would continue for past customers.  How do I request a review of account?  Any ideas or input appreciated.

Can you live stream the cameras, if so can you make a manual recording and view the recording from the library?

 

Check the operational mode of the base is set to armed.
