Pro 2 Not recording anymore

Please help, brought these cameras last week & they aren’t working properly, not recording anymore and comes up with “AC has been disconnected from your Arlo device. CVR and Activity Zones are currently disabled”
And I can’t seem to find a way to fix them & it’s stressing me out! I need these cameras to work properly as I have people targeting my cars! 😩

What have you tried so far so repetitive things aren't done?

 

If you haven't done it, I would first power button reboot the base ( off then on , let it come back online )

 

If NG, then I would remove the cameras ( one at a time ) and bring back as if new

 

If still NG, you may have to remove all, and the reset the base, and bring back as if a new setup.
