I have the Pro2 set from Costco with the original round base--which I learned afterwards doesn't work well with Pro 2. So I bought the base that should work and day time pictures are way better and minimal kag time. But night vision is horrible and seems to have been a problem since 2017. I am really disappointed in Netgear and, frankly wonder if they dumped bad product on Costco? I am seeing the same problems with night vision.
All that said, after reading all the 100+ comments, I decided to try the old fashion "Turn it off" and turned off night vision and got a much much clearer picture although still darker than expected. I am curious what Netgear's position is on all of this? Seems illogical it works better when turned off 😞

Make sure your not having the IR night vision reflect off an object nearby the camera ( or a wall that is on the side ) as it does wash out the pic.
