Arlo pro 2 cameras not charging

Hi, I recently purchased Arlo pro 2 base station and 4 wire free security cameras. I’v Hi, I recently purchased Arlo pro 2 base station and 4 wire free security cameras. I’ve tried charging three of them and no lightning symbol Is coming up on the app to indicate charging. I’ve just had one plugged in for 24 hours and it hasn’t charged. I’ve tried using different PowerPoints. I assumed it was an issue with the charger but then I plugged it into a different non Arlo device and it worked fine for that. Any ideas? Make sure you are using the original ac adapter and cable...

A normal 5v usb unit will not charge the battery as it needs a qualcom type dual voltage unit that puts out 5 and 9v .
