Pro 2 Just stopped Working

2 out of my 4 Arlos just stopped worked, not charging is my assumption. less than a year old. what can I do to figure out why two cameras are not working. we haven't used system in a while, videos are really lagging now as well on other two cameras... help!

Gotta give us a lot more detail. What have you tried? What do you see? Are the batteries charged?
