Pro 2 Issue: The privacy settings do not allow streaming

Can someone please advise if you have experienced this issue with your cameras. The privacy settings do not allow streaming

Which arlo mobile app are you using when you get this message?

Are you logged in as the owner or as a granted user?

The error usually appears if the camera has been turned off by the owner so the granted user is unable to view for privacy reasons unless they have full admin access rights.
