Everything else seems to have switched to my new wifi setup effortlessly (phones, computer) but not Arlo. Arlo won't let me chat with anyone. None of the support articles match up to what I see. They tell me the following:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App.
- Tap Devices.
- Select your Arlo device.
- Tap .
- Tap Wi-Fi Network.
- Tap Change Network.
BUT, once I tap or choose Devices, there is not the option to "tap Wi-Fi Network." All that shows is "Your Arlo device appears offline. Make sure blah blah blah" in one block, "Device Info" in another, and the red "Remove Device" block. My cameras haven't recorded anything for two and a half days. Internet was apparently down before today (I wasn't home.) I'd really like for the to be online again. TIA

The pro2 cameras will only connect to an arlo Base/hub module. Never directly to the local network wifi.
All that would have been required was to disconnect the Ethernet cable feeding the arlo Base and attach it to the new wifi router.
If you have removed the arlo devices from your account you will need to add the base first before the cameras.
