My arlo pro 2 got stuck on “getting status “ status. Tried to reset and reinstall all the lights blink accordingly. When I reinstall it stucked at “ checking for updates” screen for like an hour. Internet is working the wire is okay . It is connected to the internet the cameras are kind of “synced “ I got recordings from Library but the base station is just offline after few restart reset reinstall. What’s going on?

I had this exact problem. I unplugged the base, pulled battery on camera, and it briefly worked.
I just updated the app, and now everything is working as it should. Give that a try before calling support.

I'm having the same problem. Stuck on "getting status", but I can see recordings in library and still getting notifications, so I know it's online. Just can't get into mode or devices. Frustrating.....no numbers to call for support.

Thank you for the pointer of updating the app! I just did it and everything works fine again.
Nothing else would fix it.
You have saved me a lot stress.
