I had an Arlo Pro 2 two camera system and recently bought a third pro 2 camera. The new camera will not detect motion and will not record. I have tried taking the battery out, removing the device from the app and re syncing with no luck. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Use the Armed mode for testing. Verify the settings although it should record by default. Custom modes need to have a rule added for the camera.

 

If this doesn't work, swap at the store.
