Powering the Arlo 2 Pro Camera directly

Hello,

I would like to replace one of my porch lights with the Arlo Pro 2 Camera.

Is there a cable or other option, to connect the camera directly to the red/black cable found?

NO... the light power line is 120v ac ( black / red or white )... If you don't know, don't mess !

You would need an outlet installed first and then there is an outdoor ac adapter for the outlet.

I figured as much. I probably need to install a box first before I can use it. That's annoying... thank you for your help!
