Power adapter or Battery

When my Arlo Pro 2 camera are plugged to the power adapter so extra features can be used, should I remove the battery and only use the adapter, or keep the battery inside the camera? If the answer to keep the battery inside, dose a continual use of power adapter damage the battery?

No problem leaving the battery inside. There is battery management circuitry inside the camera to prevent any damage to the battery.
