Is it possible to connect the Arlo Pro 2 to the Nighthawk XR500 gaming router and if yes how would you do it?

You can attach an Arlo base station to the router and attach cameras through the base station, but there is no “supported” method to attach a camera directly to another router (other than the MR1100) that I am aware of.  I suppose it is possible someone has figured out an unsupported method of doing that.
