One of my cameras has a picture that is unwatchable. It worked great for a couple days and then went bad. We have had some wind so I am wondering if that had anything to do with it. Anyone have the same issues.

I’ve seen a similar issue posted here recently but don’t recall if or how it was fixed.
You’re snapshot shows a recording but is the issue persistent when live viewed?
If not it might be just a communication issue back to the base station as a result of vibration from the wind. Just speculation.

I have seen this problem a couple of times. It is a communication problem at the time the video was reorded. Try to take the battery out of the camera and put it back in to reset the camera. Also it wouldn't hurt to power cycle your base station.

Yes. It is present during live view and the recording. You can hear sound but no picture

@Tjlarge ,

It could be a defective camera, but if you have done what I suggested before, try moving the base station furter from your router and bring the camera in the same room as the base and see if it is interference with the location where it is currently mounted or weak signal strength. Download Ookla speed test and let me know what your download and upload speeds are.

If the problem persists, contact Customer Support. What model of camera is this? An Ultra? Something is corrupting the communications.

When it occurs again while live viewing, try opening the camera’s video setting page, wait for the thumbnail to update and live view the camera again to see if it is resolved.
