I have no timeline or motion detection recordings in the last 10 days

I have no timeline or motion dection recordings to the last approx. 10 days.

I have one CVR camera and one only recording when motion is detected - both Arlo Pro 2.

 

Is lack of motion dection recordings also related to this?

I get plenty of "motion detected" alerts, but no recordings.

 

Not really valuable Arlo solution for the time being...

Have you tried to reboot the camera by removing & re-inserting the battery?

I’m having exactly the same issue with 3 of my 5 cameras...and yes I have reboot d, I have removed battery and put back in. Also , hav checked settings and all at the same.  They were working fine until the past few days.

Lol...yep and live chat just sits there. No one ever comes on.  It brings up a blank screen.

Got it to work now!

 

Reboot doesn't do it. Did that several times.

I went into (iOS App) Settings -> Manage Cam. Status -> Moved the CVR Cam. to "deativate", moved it back up to active and then linked it to the CVR Plan again.

Now timeline is working again as well as motion decetion recordings... 

 

I tried contacting live chat support multiple times, but they are "not available" during the whole day...

NOT easy Arlo!

Do we get a refund for the last 10 days with no 24/7 recordings?

Same issue with live chat.....no one there, EVER!   Ridiculous,

ntreldal, exactly how did you do that? On my iPhone I do not see any "Manage Cam" or any way to deactivate from the CVR plan.

I went into Settings -> Subscription -> Manage Cam. Status
