I have both Pro2 and Pro 3 cameras. On the phone app, I no longer have the expand icon to get full screen video.

Are you still experiencing this issue with the expand/fullscreen button? Do you have the latest versions of the Arlo app 4.5
I am not able to replicate the issue with the latest version of the Arlo app.
