Paid for CVR service and worked yesterday but not anymore today

Hi i payed for CVR yesterday and it worked yesterday but hasnt worked today. can you tell me why ?

Have you checked the rules for your cameras to see that they trigger recordings?

 

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
