I too have this issue. It's ridiculous to me that you cannot current buy any additional power cords from Arlo for the Ultra Cams. You also cannot buy a stand alone Smarthub or many of the other accessories. I suggest you check with Amazon. There have been a few "after market" outdoor cords available. However, due to the demand they have been selling out fast so you need to keep checking on availablity. I was able to get this one last week before it sold out. I saw another one by Wasserman that was available but looks it too sold out.

i asked this question in another thread about aftermarket cords... a large number of people are getting errors saying they must use a compatible cord

Arlo jumped the gun and shipped systems before accessories were ready.
It would have been even worse if they had not pulled the plug after Best Buy jumped the gun three months early.
