Outdoor cameras are offline. Tried unplugging cable and taking out batteries.

We bought 4 cameras in May. Used 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. They were working fine until recently the 2 outdoor cameras
I have tried everything: unplug all the cables and reconnected, rebooted, taken the batteries out and put them back in, but when I placed them outside, they are offline again.
We don't know what to do now. Really annoying!

They might be too far from the base station to connect. Can you let us know the distance? Also, it might be helpful to know more about the barriers on the path to the cameras (number of walls, and construction). In particular, concrete with rebar can be quite difficult for wifi. Similarly, walls with metal studs instead of wood often will block signal.
