So we have 3 arlo pro 2 cameras and they use to work fine but now 1 camera a lot of the time record's lines. Even if you go to a live feed it can show lines or the sound quality is bad and it glitches. It has 2 bars of reception so we don't think it's a connection issue.
We thought it could be that camera so we swapped it out and now that camera works fine and the one we replaced it with does it.
Could someone or something be interfering with the signal?
If so how do we fix this issue so that it works because that is the camera we need working the most.
Thanks.

The problem you described does suggest a location issue due to interference.
To prove this further try moving the problem camera closer to the base station until you get the three bars of signal strength and see if the performance improves.
You may need to reset the camera battery after each move.
If interference is the cause then you may resolve it by changing your local wifi router channel to a less congested channel. The base station wifi should track to the same channel after a power cycle.
