One of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras detects wind movement of 2 bushes as a person detected. Should I reduce the motion sensitivity or are there other suggestions? I have adjusted it up and down some, but without improvement. Some days I will have 20-50 false “person” detections. I have reviewed similar questions, but don’t see a response that actually works.

You have 2 options:
1) Reposition the camera so the bushes aren't in view.
2) Change the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules.
Many of us use lower motion sensitivity during the day to eliminate false triggers due to the sun's IR being reflected by trees/bushes/cars/etc. You can create custom modes with various settings as needed and then configure the schedule to automate the switching. Read the FAQs here on how to do any/all of this.
