One camera is saying to recharge battery when it has solar panel?

hi i have 2 cameras set up side be side both with their own solar panels. entire unit is only 6 months old and now 1 camera is saying to recharge the battery. they is no obstruction from sunlight and havent had an issue with the camera on the other side of the pole.

should the batteries only last 6 months. i expected a lot longer.

What are the ambient temps? The batteries won't charge below freezing. Also, don't forget that the sun's angle changes over the seasons so your panels may not be optimally aligned to the sun.
